　本日開催の第11回定時株主総会及び後刻開催されました取締役会におきまして、代表取締役の異動及び取締役の選任（追加）が決議されましたのでお知らせいたします。

 

1. . 代表取締役の異動  
   　新任代表取締役　 　魚谷　晃　（旧役職：執行役員 投資部長）  
   　退任代表取締役　 　清水　速水
2. . 取締役の追加  
   　取締役　　　　　　 宮城　臣作　（旧役職：執行役員 管理部長）
3. . 取締役体制（2025年6月11日付）  
      代表取締役　　　　  魚谷　晃  
      取締役　　　　　　  宮城　臣作（常勤）  
      取締役　　　　　　  山田　隆持（再任・非常勤）  
      取締役　　　　　　  野村　正朗（再任・非常勤）  
      取締役　　　　　　  一村　信吾（再任・非常勤）  
      取締役　　　　　　  川面　克行（再任・非常勤）

 

今後は魚谷と宮城2名の常勤取締役体制で組織運営を進めてまいります。
